Time frame of Shipment:
- Internet versions of each book are available for downloading immediately upon purchase.
- Printed copies of the books will be shipped within 48 hour of purchase.
Type of shipment:
- Printed copies of the books will be sent 1st class mail within Europe and air mail outside of Europe.
Costs of product and any other costs:
- The applicable cost structure (product cost/handling fees/postage) is shown on the order form.
Conditions of purchase/return/cancellation:
- It is not possible to cancel an e-book as the book is available for downloading immediately after payment is processed.
- An order for a printed version of one of our books may be cancelled anytime prior to shipment. Books may be returned for a full refund within two weeks of purchase only. To receive a refund, the book must be returned in as-new condition.
Security Standards when transmitting data:
- The entire checkout process is SSL encrypted. This encryption makes it very difficult for unauthorized persons to view information traveling between computers.
- We do not store your credit card and we do not share your email address nor your personal data under any circumstances.
